They met while on a European backpacking trip back in 2015 and their trip leader may have tried to set them up. Dustin spent the rest of the trip looking for ways to make a move. By the end of the trip their friendship was beginning and soon after arriving back home they went on their first date. Flash forward one year later and two best friends became Mr. and Mrs.
Taryn and Dustin made their wedding day all about celebrating their loved ones. They had so many fun details that you may just want to steal for your upcoming wedding-- for my future brides out there! All the bridesmaids wore hand-dyed TOMs shoes from the bride herself, and they each gave Dustin a note from Taryn as they walked down the aisle, Elroy- the best goat- also walked down the aisle, Batman made a surprise appearance during the ceremony, and a friend painted the ceremony while it was happening! The reception was a blast with yard games, drinks, delicious food, sweet toasts, a Photo Booth, lots of dancing, s'mores, and sweet mug favors for all the guests to take home to remember this special day forever!
I can't even begin to tell you how special their wedding day was in words because writing just isn't my thing but just look at all the special memories from their wedding:
